Pricing
Energy taxation: 
Each holder of an Exploration Concession shall pay during the whole period of such concession and its extension or extensions if any, an annual exploration tax[...].---Exploitation concessionaires shall pay to the Government a royalty which shall not be less than twelve and one-half per cent of the petroleum produced and saved, less that consumed in the operations of the concessionaire in the working of such Exploitation Concession.
Trade
Import taxes and fee exemptions: 
During the first five years following the granting of any concession, the concessionaire may import free of customs duty, all equipment, machinery, material, instruments, supplies and accessories.---No export tax shall be levied upon petroleum produced from concessions granted under this Act.

Local content requirement: 
Concessionaires under this Act are obligated to give preference to Philippine citizens in all types of employment within the country, insofar as such citizens are qualified to perform the corresponding work with reasonable efficiency and without hazard to the safety of the operations.
