This Decision stipulates in detail the selling prices of electricity used for daily life by family households that have separate voltage meters and sign contracts directly with the electricity supply service; the wholesale prices of electricity for daily life in rural areas according to the head voltage meters at the transformer stations of communes, cooperatives, villages or hamlets; the electricity selling prices applicable to hospitals, schools and non-business administrative agencies; and the selling prices of electricity for production activities.
Pricing
Energy pricing: 
1. The retail price of electricity for daily-life consumption according to the ladder price system applicable to households that have their own meters and sign contracts directly with the electricity industry is prescribed as follows: a) Electricity price for the first 100 kWh: 500 VND/kWh; b) Price of electricity from the 101st kWh to the 150th kWh: 704 VND/kWh; c) Electricity price from the 151st kWh to the 200th kWh: 957 VND/kWh; d) Price of electricity from the 201st kWh to the 300th kWh: 1,166 VND/kWh; e) Price of electricity from the 301st kWh or more: 1,397 VND/kWh. The above-mentioned electricity consumption level of each household is calculated on a monthly basis.
Governance
Energy institutional structures: 
The Government Pricing Committee has agreed with the Ministry of Industry and Electricity of Vietnam to stipulate the wholesale price of domestic electricity at the general meter for collective areas, residential clusters, and the wholesale price of electricity for other purposes in total meter.
