Article 27. Allocation of land for non-agricultural needs 1. Land plots for the construction of industrial enterprises, housing and communal services, railways and highways, gas stations, storage facilities for fuels and lubricants, power lines and main pipelines, as well as for other non-agricultural needs are provided, as a rule, from non-agricultural land or land unsuitable for agriculture. For the construction of power transmission lines, communications, trunk pipelines and other linear structures, plots are allocated, mainly along the roads of existing routes, the boundaries of land plots, along the canals of the irrigation network. --- Article 82. Lands for industry, transport, communications, energy and other purposes. 1. Energy lands include land plots allocated for: 1) the location of thermal stations and other power plants, their service facilities and facilities, as well as facilities for the use of renewable energy sources; 2) placement of overhead power lines, ground structures of cable power lines, substations, distribution points, other structures and energy facilities.
