The Southern Cross Renewable Energy Fund (Fund) established under the Programme is a Co-investment between ARENA and Softbank China Venture Capital, with each providing half of the committed capital to the Fund. The Fund has committed capital of up to $120 million and is managed by private sector fund manager, Southern Cross Venture Partners Pty Ltd.
