Overview of the program

The Commercial Building Disclosure (CBD) Program requires most sellers and lessors of large office spaces to provide energy efficiency information to prospective buyers and tenants. We collect and publish this information to make available clear and credible energy efficiency and greenhouse emissions data. This is creating a more informed commercial property market, and encouraging more energy efficient buildings and reduced emissions.
