Energy management principles: 
3. Measurement of safety distances for the purpose of storing fuel containers in fuel storage premises: it shall be measured from the nearest point(s) between fuel containers and the designated point(s). 4. Fuel containers: fuel shall not be filled in excess of ninety percent of the fuel container’s capacity. 5. To measure the volume of fuel in a fuel container, computation shall be made pursuant to the fuel container’s capacity irrespective of the volume of fuel contained inside.
