The National Adaptation Programme of Action (NAPA) is a response to the Climate Change challenges for Bangladesh. The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has recognised climate change as an important issue and attempts are being made to incorporate potential response measures for reducing impacts of climate change into overall development planning process. NAPA has four pillars of NAPA: - Food security; -Energy security; -Water security; -Livelihood security - including right to health.
