Overall Summary: 
The National Action Plan for the Implementation of the Association Agreement between the EU and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and Georgia, of the other part and Association Agenda Between the EU and Georgia, sets out a road map for the implementation of measures under the Association Agreement between the EU, the European Atomic Energy Community and Georgia.

Energy Supply and Infrastructure
Energy supply priorities: 
Directive 94/22/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 1994 on the conditions for granting and using authorizations for the prospection, exploration and production of hydrocarbons. Begin work on drafting the law and improving the regulations in line with this directive. (2014).
Infrastructure development priorities: 
Reinforcing Georgia's energy infrastructure network and interconnections, in particular: - with regard to electricity, continuing the implementation of the "Black Sea Regional Transmission Network"project, including by starting operations of the 400kV connection Georgia (Akhaltsikhe) - Turkey (Borchkha), strengthening interconnections with Azerbaijan and Armenia, and reinforcing Georgia's transmission grid. Test the 220 kV electricity transmission line “Senaki 1,2” (2014); Rehabilitation of the 220 kV electricity transmission line “Paliastomi-1” and 110 kV electricity transmission line “Kokhra1” (2014); Conduct preventive works on regional grid of electricity transmission lines of JSC “GSE” in accordance with maintenance rules (2014); Implement preparatory and planning works for the “Jvari-Khorga” 500/220 kV transmission line and 500/220 substation line (2014); ---Facilitating the implementation of the expansion of the South Caucasus gas pipeline on the Georgian territory.
