In order to further improve the living standards of the people, gas, electricity, water and table salt will continue to be free of charge for them. Considering the great role that this decision is called upon to continue to play in the interests of the people, with the support of the XIV Khalk Maslakhaty participants, I sign this Resolution, according to which the validity period of the previously signed Resolutions "On the free use of electricity, gas and water by the population of Turkmenistan" No. 958 dated Rukhnama 30, 1992 and No. 1665 of 14 Baidak, 1994 "On free provision of the population of Turkmenistan with table salt" is extended until 2020, and until that time no changes can be made to it.
