The Greater Mekong Subregion Regional Investment Framework Implementation Plan 2014–2018 sets forth the parameters for a resource mobilization campaign to address financing needs and establish a monitoring and evaluation system to track the status of individual projects (including those in the energy sector) and the Regional Investment Framework Implementation Plan3 as a whole.

Regional integration priorities:
