Overall Summary: 
The Energy Conservation (Greenhouse Gas Measurement and Reporting) Regulations 2017 set out the rules and procedures for monitoring and reporting on greenhouse gas emissions. The Regulations consist of four parts: Preliminary (Part 1), Monitoring Plans (Part 2), Enhanced Emissions Reports (Part 3), Miscellaneous (Part 4).
