Energy management principles: 
Clause 1 Anyone who wishes to apply for a permit for production or expansion of regulated energy shall submit an application using the Form Por.Kor.1 annexed to this Ministerial Regulation. Clause 2 Permission to produce or expand production of regulated energy shall use the Form Por.Kor.2 annexed to this Ministerial Regulation as a permit. Permission as described in paragraph one shall be valid for a period of not more than four years at a time since the date of permission. Clause 3 Anyone who has obtained a permit to produce regulated energy and wishes to obtain a permit for an extended period, shall submit an application using the Form Por.Kor.1 not less than one hundred and twenty days before the original permit expires. Clause 4 Permission for further production of regulated energy shall be shown in the last item of the original permit or a new permit shall be issued.
