Cooperation in RE: 
1. To approve the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the State Agency for Alternative and Renewable Energy Sources of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Administration of Energy of the People's Republic of China on December 10, 2015 in Beijing. 2. The state agency of the Azerbaijani Republic on alternative and renewable energy sources to provide implementation of provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding specified in part 1 of this Decree. 3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall notify the Government of the People's Republic of China of the completion of the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Memorandum of Understanding.
