The Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Utilization of Compressed Natural Gas As Motor Fuel for Motor Vehicles stipulates that the Parties shall join efforts to ensure multilateral and bilateral scientific and technical, industrial, investment and other types of cooperation to create machines and equipment, engines and vehicles, network development CNG stations required for production, storage, transportation and use of compressed natural gas as a motor fuel for road vehicles.

Regional integration priorities: 
Article 1. The parties join forces to ensure multilateral and bilateral scientific, technical, industrial, investment and other types of cooperation in the creation of machinery and equipment, engines and vehicles, the development of a network of CNG filling stations necessary for the production, storage, transportation and use of compressed natural gas as a motor fuel for vehicles. The parties will agree on legal, economic and organizational issues of cooperation. Article 2. When implementing this Agreement, the Parties recognize as their priority tasks an increase in the volume of replacement of liquid petroleum motor fuel with compressed natural gas and a more complete load of the existing CNG filling station network by expanding the fleet of gas-cylinder vehicles, as well as the coordinated development of the CNG station network and filling points on the highways, along which interstate transportation is carried out.
