Overall Summary: 
The Agreement on Realization of Coherent Policy in the Field of Transit of Natural Gas stipulates that the Parties shall take the necessary measures to ensure free transit and keeping of natural gas in its pipeline transportation through the territory of their States. Natural gas supplied in transit through the territory of one of the can not be used for the needs of the Party that transits it.

Article 2. The parties shall take the necessary measures to ensure free transit and safety of natural gas during its pipeline transportation through the territory of their states. Natural gas supplied in transit through the territory of one of the Parties cannot be used for the needs of a Party that carries out its transit. Article 3. The Parties undertake to take the necessary measures, including joint ones, so that none of the Parties is under the threat of being cut off from gas supply sources and the interests of the supplying states of natural gas and the states carrying out its transit are not damaged. Article 4. In the event of a dispute between the Parties to this Agreements The parties undertake not to interrupt or reduce transit gas supplies until this dispute is resolved. The parties ensure compliance with all previously reached agreements on the terms of natural gas transportation until the final resolution of the dispute, but not later than the term of the contract.
