By 2025, breakthroughs will be made in the power battery technology of the new system, with a single specific energy of 500 Wh/kg. 2. Product safety meets the needs of large-scale use. New materials are widely used, the level of intelligent manufacturing and consistency control is significantly improved, product design and system integration meet functional safety requirements, and safe production and use throughout the life cycle are realized. 3. Reasonable and orderly development of the industrial scale. By 2020, the total production capacity of the power battery industry will exceed 100 billion watt-hours, forming a leading enterprise with an internationally competitive production and sales scale of more than 40 billion watt-hours. 4. Major breakthroughs have been made in key materials and parts. By 2020, key materials and components such as positive and negative electrodes, diaphragms, electrolytes, etc. will reach the international first-class level, and the upstream industry chain will achieve balanced and coordinated development, forming an innovative backbone enterprise with core competitiveness. 5. High-end equipment supports industrial development. By 2020, power battery R&D and manufacturing, testing and verification, recycling and other equipment will achieve automated and intelligent development, production efficiency and quality control will be significantly improved, and manufacturing costs will be greatly reduced.
