(2) Solar photovoltaic power generation projects approved on and after July 1, 2011, and solar photovoltaic power generation projects approved before July 1, 2011 but have not yet been completed and put into production as of December 31, 2011, except for Tibet In addition to the on-grid electricity price of 1.15 yuan per kilowatt-hour, the on-grid electricity prices of other provinces (regions and cities) are implemented at 1 yuan per kilowatt-hour. In the future, the Commission will make timely adjustments according to factors such as changes in investment costs and technological progress.
