Article 1. Guaranteed capacity sources as well as minimum guaranteed capacity provided by these sources and the time periods for the provision of such guaranteed capacity shall be defined in compliance with the Law of Georgian On Amendments and Additions to the Law of Georgia on Electricity and Natural Gas (Article 2, Paragraph 1), for the purpose of safe and reliable functioning of the unified electric energy system of Georgia.
