Overall Summary: 
India Three Year Action Agenda 2017-18 to 2019-20 proposes a path to achieve all-round development of India and its people. The Agenda charts an ambitious, transformational yet achievable Action Agenda for the government during 2017-18 to 2019-20, that constitute the last three years of the Fourteenth Finance Commission. Chapter 13 of the Agenda is devoted to energy development while Chapter 23 covers environmental issues.
