2. State regulation in the field of atomic energy use is based on principles: 1) ensuring the safety of life and health of people, environmental protection when the use of atomic energy; 2) the priority of ensuring safety over other aspects of the use of nuclear energy; 3) the obligation and continuity of state control over security an object of atomic energy use; 4) the availability, objectivity and timeliness of information on the state of security and the impact of nuclear facilities on the population and the environment; 5) the obligation to compensate for the damage caused by the radiation exposure of objects use of atomic energy for life and health of people, property of individuals and legal entities, and also the environment; 6) the inadmissibility of excess radioactive contamination of the environment; 7) inadmissibility of import and disposal of radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel of other states on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the exception of re-import own radioactive waste; 8) the obligatory state regulation of safety in the field of use atomic energy. 3.
