Article 482. Energy supply contract 1. The subscriber is obliged to ensure the proper technical condition and safety of the operated energy networks, devices and equipment, observe the established regime of energy consumption, and also immediately inform the energy supplying organization about accidents, fires, malfunctions of energy metering devices and other violations arising from the use of energy. --- Article 488. Payment for energy 1. Payment for energy is made for the amount of energy actually received by the subscriber, determined in accordance with energy metering data, unless otherwise provided by legislative acts or by agreement of the parties. --- Article 489. Transfer of energy by a subscriber to another person 1. The subscriber can transfer the energy received by him from the power supply organization through the connected network to another person (sub-subscriber) only with the consent of the power supply organization. --- Article 490. Amendment and termination of the contract 1. A break in the supply, cessation or restriction of the supply of energy is allowed by agreement of the parties, except for the case when the unsatisfactory state of the subscriber's power plants, certified by the state energy supervision body, threatens an accident or poses a threat to the life and safety of citizens. About the break in the supply, interruption or restriction of the supply of energy, the power supply organization must warn the subscriber in advance. --- Article 491. Liability under an energy supply contract 1.
