These Guidelines refer to the installation of renewable energy (RE) generation systems, (solarphotovoltaic (PV) and wind turbines) up to 100kVA connected to the Palau Public Utilities Corporation (PPUC) central grid supplying Koror and Babeldoab. For solar PV, wind and other RE generation systems above 100kVA, parts of these guidelines may still be relevant. However, the connection requirements to the electricity distribution grid will need to be negotiated with PPUC and may be different to that described in these guidelines.
