Overall Summary: 
The General Scheme for the Allocation of Electric Power Objects until 2035 replaces the General Scheme enacted by the Government Decree No. 125-p of 2008. Energy Supply and Infrastructure
Infrastructure development priorities: 
In order to achieve the goals of the General scheme, the following tasks need to be solved: analysis of the current state of the electric power industry and the existing structure of power generation and grid facilities; development of evidence-based proposals for the optimal (rational) structure of generating capacity; development of evidence-based proposals on the volume of decommissioning of generating equipment, modernization of equipment or replacement of existing generating capacity with new equipment; development of proposals on the composition of power plants, including their characteristics and location; development of perspective balances of power and electric energy in the Unified energy system of Russia, combined energy systems and technologically isolated territorial electric power systems until 2035; forecast of demand for fuel; development of proposals for the development of the main electric network of the Unified energy system of Russia with a voltage of 330 kV and above.
