The Action Plan to Promote the Development of Generating Facilities Based on Renewable Energy Sources with an Installed Capacity of up to 15 kW provides for amendments to the legislation on electricity in terms of establishing the basic principles of contractual relations between private owners of micro-generation of renewable energy and electricity market entities (guaranteeing suppliers and grid companies). The implementation of the Plan aims to simplify the installation of renewable energy micro-generation facilities, and to provide an opportunity for their owners to sell excess electricity generated in the overall network.
