Overall Summary: 
Turkey’s National Climate Change Adaptation Strategy and Action Plan (2011-2023) provides the Government of the country with guidelines, goals and sectoral targets to pursue climate change adaptation. In particular, the Strategy and Action Plan focus on water resources management, agriculture and food security, natural disaster risk management, public health and cross-cutting issues.
