Article 26. Guarantees of environmental safety of products of chemical and petrochemical industries, goods of the machine-building and electric power industries 1. The guarantees of environmental safety of products of chemical and petrochemical industries, goods of the machine-building and electric power industry are confirmed by a certificate of environmental safety and compliance with the requirements for ensuring environmental safety during the production, transportation and storage of certain types of products and goods in accordance with technological regulations. 2. Manufacturers of products of chemical and petrochemical industries, goods of the engineering and electric power industries can guarantee the environmental safety of certain products and goods with special trademarks of environmental safety in accordance with the legislation of Turkmenistan. 3. The right to use special trademarks of environmental safety is obtained by manufacturers of products of chemical and petrochemical industries, goods of the machine-building and electric power industries in accordance with the legislation of Turkmenistan. 4. Products of chemical and petrochemical industries imported into Turkmenistan, products of the machine-building and electric power industries, which have special trademarks and certificates of environmental safety of the producing country, must undergo a conformity certification procedure.
