Energy supply priorities: 
2. To determine the priority tasks for the further development of the coal industry of the republic: modernization and diversification of the coal industry in the medium and long term through the use of modern high-performance mining machinery and equipment; expansion of the raw material base of the coal industry by involving new deposits in the development, including the introduction of underground coal mining; an increase in the volume of coal mining in conjunction with the volume of stripping works, with unconditional compliance with industrial safety requirements in the conduct of mining operations; rational use of the raw material base of the coal industry and associated minerals; radical improvement of the system of supply and sale of coal products to sectors of the economy, institutions of the social sphere and the population of the republic, with a view to meeting in full the needs for the autumn-winter period; introduction of modern technologies and equipment for determining the quality of coal products, as well as information and communication technologies that allow conducting surveys to study in real time the needs of the population for solid fuel and the requirements for its quality; strengthening the personnel potential of coal industry enterprises, including training, retraining and advanced training of personnel in the demanded specialties in the field of underground coal mining, capable of implementing large-scale tasks for the further development of the coal industry.
