Energy management principles: 
Article 4 Emission limits. The owners of power plants must submit, every six months, to the Directorate of Environmental Protection Services, hereinafter referred to as DSPA, an inspection report on the emission of atmospheric pollutants regarding the satisfaction of the emission limits referred to in the previous article, prepared by an institution that holds accreditation certification for testing-related laboratory skills.
