The verification and maintenance of the facilities referred to in the previous number must be carried out, at least once a month, recording the results obtained. Article 7 Fuel loading. 1. When loading petrol tankers, the bottom loading method must be adopted and the petrol vapors produced during loading must be collected and recycled through a closed circuit. 2. Bottom loading equipment at fuel terminals must have a leak protection control system installed, and this system must be inspected at least once a year, recording the results obtained. 3. Charging adapters and gasoline vapor recovery adapters must be of the closed, quick access type, with a nominal diameter (DN) of 100 mm. 4. The amount of fuel load must be recorded daily.
