Singapore’s Climate Action Plan: Take Action Today, For a Carbon-Efficient Singapore sets out four strategies to achieve the goal of reducing Singapore's emissions intensity by 36 per cent below 2005 levels by 2030 and stabilise its emissions with the aim of peaking around 2030. These strategies include: Improving energy efficiency; reducing carbon emissions from power generation; developing and demonstrating cutting-edge low carbon technologies; and responding to the challenges of climate change as one nation, through the collective action of government agencies, individuals, businesses, and the community.
