Overall Summary: 
The Headquarter Agreement between the Government of the Republic of India and the International Solar Alliance (ISA), signed in New Delhi on 26th March 2018, is to regulate the legal relations between the Government of the Republic of India and the ISA. According to the Agreement, the ISA Secretariat shall enjoy independence and freedom of action in the furtherance of its official functions. Government of India shall provide support of INR 125 crore to ISA for creating corpus, building infrastructure and recurring expenditure over five years duration from 2016-17 to 2020-21.

Section 7. The Government of India has agreed to provide a support of Rs 175 crore to ISA for creating corpus, building infrastructure and recurring expenditure over 5 years duration from 2016-17 to 2020-21. ISA will have right to the exclusive use and occupancy of premises and use of facilities and installations necessary for the Headquaters.
