2. To instruct the heads of central and local executive authorities, as well as other budget organizations to prepare a list of their subordinate (including leased) facilities, as well as leased facilities and their lessees (subtenants) within 3 (three) months, paper and (or) electronic media to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 3. Within 2 (two) months, utility companies together with budget organizations shall compile a list of facilities without meters and submit it to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan on paper and (or) electronic media in accordance with the list provided for in part 2 of this Decision. 4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijani Republic within 2 (two) months after submission of the list on objects without installation of meters by the utility companies according to part 3 of this Decision, taking into account possibilities of the state budget and priorities on strategic road maps. to submit proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on completion of metering on. 5. To instruct utility companies to take necessary measures to provide utilities to consumers in accordance with current standards and to take into account the limits set when concluding contracts with consumers on utilities, as well as to provide control over subordinate organizations for the provision of utilities within these limits. 6. In case of discrepancies between the information in the consolidated reports prepared by budget organizations and utility companies in accordance with the Rules approved by this Resolution, this information shall be approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 30, 2016, No. 534 to ensure the investigation with the participation of representatives of these persons in the Secretariat of the Commission established by the Decision. 7. To instruct the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan together with budget organizations to ensure quarterly and annual reporting on the use of utilities (in terms of quantity and money).
