Energy management principles: 
a) For every purchase of diesel shall be limited to as follows: (i) Maximum B$IO.OO per day for initial tank volume of less than one-quarter or 25%; and (ii) Maximum B$5.00 per day for initial tank volume of more than 25% (1/4) but less than 50% (1/2). b) Sale of diesel is prohibited to vehicles with half or 50% initial tank volume. c) Retailers shall continue to record purchase and vehicle information from suspected profile vehicles.
