Governance
Energy management principles: 
(2) The Minister may by notice appoint a person whom he considers to be suitably qualified to be the Inspector of Petroleum for the purposes of this Ordinance. (3) The Minister may by notice declare that the provisions of this Ordinance relating to petroleum shall apply to such other inflammable liquid or substance as may be specified in such notice subject to any modifications as may be prescribed therein, and any such notice may be varied or revoked by any subsequent notice.
