The Decree on Energy Promotion and Development Fund No. 467/GO of 2020 defines the principles and regulations on the implementation, management, use and monitoring of Energy Promotion and Development Fund in order to provide adequately for the research on energy, to address the energy emergency, to develop energy business operating effectively and efficiently in according to the green growth and sustainability, and to contribute to national socio-economic development.
