Overall Summary: 
The Papua New Guinea's Sustainable Development Goal 13 Roadmap: 30 Actions by 2030 maps out a path towards climate compatible development which will reduce the PNG’s vulnerability to climate change and contribute to global action on reducing greenhouse emissions. The 30 by 30 Roadmap consists of a set of 30 actions to be delivered by 2030 across a range of sectors, among them climate governance, energy, forestry, infrastructure, agriculture, minerals, health, biodiversity and tourism.

Energy access priorities: 
Phase 4. Resilient, reliable and efficient electricity grids. Suggested Reportable Output: Establishment of a national grid for all major towns and cities to be in the national grid which will feed off an electricity super corridor by 2030 (DSP).

Phase 2. Energy efficient Government and private sector. Suggested Reportable Output: Specific projects on key buildings to enhance energy efficiency.
