The Energy Efficiency Master Plan for Tajikistan is a report by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Governance
National policy structure: 
The Energy Efficiency Master Plan (EEMP) was developed by the team of international experts engaged by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). It is a part of comprehensive strategic framework for sustainable development of Tajik energy sector based on utilisation of renewable energy sources (RES) and improvement of energy efficiency (EE) elaborated in the following documents:  Intermediate Strategy for RES based Integrated Rural Development;  Energy Efficiency Master Plan;  National Programme for RES Based Integrated Rural Development - National Scaling-Up. Each document is closely interlinked, and together they offer solution for ensuring reliable and affordable energy supply as a main prerequisite for enhanced economic development and reduction of poverty in the country.
