The Centre is established to serve the energy and environmental interests of the Russian Federation, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine.
