PURSUANT to section 25 of the Energy Act 1998, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following regulations:

REGULATIONS

1. Title and commencement - These regulations may be cited as the Energy (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and deemed part of the Energy Regulations 2006 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations").

2. Repeal of Schedule A - Schedule A of the principal regulations is repealed and substituted by Schedule Al and Schedule A2 as set out in the Schedules to these regulations.
