Full Document Text AN ACT REQUIRING THE GUAM POWER AUTHORITY TO CONNECT ELECTRICAL POWER TO CERTAIN EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE TERRITORY OF GUAM:Section 1. A new Section 21503.1 is hereby added to the Government Code of Guam to read as follows:"Section 21503.1. Power, duty to connect. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Government Code of Guam or any duly promulgated rule or regulation except those service rules and regulations of the Authority, the Authority shall not refuse to connect electrical power to any single family residence because said residence fails to meet specified public health or waste water standards."
