National policy structure: 
Article 1. To promulgate together with this Decision the Technical Regulation on rural electricity, symbol: QDKT.DNT-2006. Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 57/2000/QD-BCN dated September 25, 2000 of the Ministry of Industry on the issuance of Technical Regulations on Grid rural electricity applied to rural electricity projects. This regulation is uniformly applied nationwide in the fields of design and installation in rural electrification works. Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Governmental agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./ .
