Full Document Text ROYAL DECREE ON REGULATED ENERGYB.E. 2536 (1993) BHUMIBOL ADULYADEJ, REX.Given on the 27 th day of November B.E. 2536 (1993)Being the 48 th year of the Present Reign His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej has been graciously pleased to proclaim that :Whereas it is expedient to specify the Regulated Energy.His Majesty the King, by virtue of Section 175 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand and Section 24 of the Energy Development and Promotion Act B.E. 2535 (1992), is graciously pleased to enact this Royal Decree as follows : Section 1 This Royal Decree shall be called “Royal Decree on Regulated Energy B.E. 2536 (1993)”. Section 2 This Royal Decree shall come into force on the day following the date of its publication in the Royal Gazette. Section 3 The electrical energy generated form combined sources of generation which have a total installed eapacity up to 200 KVA and over shall be regulated energy. Section 4 The Minister of Science, Technology and Environment shall take charge of and control the execution of this Royal Decree. Countersigned byChuan LeekpaiPrime Minister Published in the Royal Gazette, Special Edition, Vol. 110, Part 207, dated 9 th December 1993 Remark :- The reason for the promulgation of this Royal Decree is that, whereas it is expedient to specify the electrical energy generated from combined sources of generation which have a total installed capacity up to 200 KVA and over to be the regulated energy, and whereas Section 24 of the Energy Development and Promotion Act B.E. 2535 (1992) stipulates that the designation of what type, size, production method or use of energy to be regulated energy shall be enacted by the issue of the Royal Decree, the enactment of this Royal Decree is necessary.Last Updated on Monday, 06 September 2010 12:55
