Re:    Determination of Areas to be installed with

Vapour Recovery System (No. 2)

            By virtue of Sections 2 (2) (a) of the Ministerial Regulations governing vapour recovery units, B.E. 2550, issued by virtue of the Fuel Oils Control Act, B.E. 2542, the Minister of Energy hereby issues this Notification, as follows:

1.         This Notification shall come into force after a lapse of two years from its publication in the Government Gazette.

2.         Vapour recovery systems, Type 2, shall be installed within fuel oil service stations, Category A, in the following Districts of Bangkok Metropolis:

(1)               Klongtoey

(2)               Klongsan

(3)               Jatujak

(4)               Jomtong

(5)               Dindang

(6)               Dusit

(7)               Thonburi

(8)               Bangkok Noi

(9)               Bangkok Yai

(10)           Bangkholaem

(11)           Bangsue

(12)           Bangplad

(13)           Bangrak

(14)           Pathumwan

(15)           Pomprab-satrupai

(16)           Phayathai

(17)           Phranakorn

(18)           Yannawa

(19)           Rajthevi

(20)           Rajaburana

(21)           Wattana
