The Department of Energy Business’ Notification
Re: Determination of Form of Application, License, Forms of Notification and Receipt of Notification, and License Replacement or Replacement of Receipt of Notification of Oil Traders under Section 7 only for the Purpose of Importation and Exportation within Duty- Free Zones or Between Duty-Free Zones under Customs Law, B.E. 2547

By virtue of Sections 6 and 7 of the Ministerial Regulations re: Determination of Qualifications and Criteria, Method of Application and Issuance of Licenses and Fees to become Licensed Oil Traders Specifically for the Purpose of Import and Export in Duty-Free Zones or Between Duty-Free Zones under Laws governing Customs, B.E. 2547, issued by virtue of the Oil Trading Act, B.E. 2543, this Notification is hereby issued by the Director- General of the Department of Energy Business as follows:
Clause 1: This Notification shall come into force as from the date of its publication in the Government Gazette onwards.
Clause 2: Form Nor Por 117 attached hereto shall be used in the application for the Oil Trader License under Section 7 specifically for the purpose of importation and exportation in duty-free zones or between duty-free zones under laws governing Customs.
Clause 3: Form Nor Por 118 attached hereto shall be used for the Oil Trader License under Section 7 specifically for the purpose of importation and exportation in duty- free zones or between duty-free zones pursuant to laws governing Customs.
Clause 4: Form Nor Por 119 attached hereto shall be used by oil traders under Section 7 who have been granted the license to act as oil traders pursuant to Ministerial Regulations determining the qualifications of the License holders and criteria and method of application and issuance of Licenses or Registry as oil traders, B.E. 2545 who wish to give notification on their conduct of fuel operations specifically for the purpose of importation and exportation in duty-free zones or between duty-free zones pursuant to laws governing customs.
Clause 5: Form Nor Por 120 attached hereto shall be used for oil traders under Section 7 specifically for the purpose of importation and exportation in duty-free zones or between duty-free zones pursuant to laws governing Customs for oil traders who have been licensed to be oil traders under Ministerial Regulations determining the qualifications of License holders and criteria and method of application and issuance of Licenses or Registry as oil traders, B.E. 2545.

Clause 6: In obtaining an interim License or an interim receipt of application, the applicant shall use form Nor Por 117 or Nor Por 119 attached hereto by using the word “Replacement” at the front page.
The Interim License or interim receipt referred to in the above paragraph shall use form Nor Por 118 or Nor Por 120 attached hereto by using the word “Replacement” at the front page.
