National policy structure: 
Exemption from section 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (e) of Act 3. Section 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (e) of the Act shall not apply to the Consortium for the relevant period in respect of the following activities at Pulau Ubin in connection with the Project: (a) the generation, transmission and retailing of electricity; and (b) the provision of market support services.
