ENERGY CONSERVATION (COMPOSITION OF OFFENCES UNDER PART IV)

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 60(3) of the Energy Conservation Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Energy Conservation (Composition of Offences under Part IV) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2018.

Amendment of regulation 2

Made on 17 January 2018.
