Mining (Antendment) Act 2015,

Being an Act to amend the Mining Act 1992,

MADE by the National Parliament.

INTERPRETATION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2).

Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended, in the definition of land, by repealing Paragraphs (c) and (d) and replacing them with the following:

the foreshore area between the mean high water springs level of the sea and the lowest astronomical tide; and

(d) the offshore area that comprises the seabed underlying any of the waters of Papua New Guinea, other than internal waters.
