National policy structure: 
Ten Year Network Development Plan is obligatory implemented act. The plan is designed for the period 2021 to 2031 (inclusive). Licensees/subjects responsible for implementation of the plan are shown in Annex D-4. The implementation of Ten Year Network Development Plan is controlled by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia.
