As a result of the 2017 Palau Energy Summit and Paris Agreement Implementation Workshop, the OEK acknowledges the need to reconcile three chapters of Title 37 so as to establish the Palau Energy Administration as the regulatory authority in the area of energy production, purchase, and sale.
