The Roadmap focuses on strategic analysis, policy options and capacity development issues prioritizing the development of national power grid system, along with that seeking to ensure uninterrupted supply of power in the Russian Federation. An emphasis is placed on initiatives to attract foreign investments to infrastructure development projects.
